Last week I had the pleasure of hosting Edward Gormbley, Managing Partner at Workforce Partners, LLC on The Entrepreneur's Journey.
One of our discussion topics was the project Workforce is perhaps most well known for, the Hi-Ho Hotel, a beloved asset in Fairfield, Connecticut, with a rich and infamous history of parties and carousing #IYKYK
We discussed how the hotel has embraced its heritage and community values, offering affordable and trendy 'shabby chic' accommodations. That's a term from Ed.
The redevelopment efforts in the area thanks to Workforce Partners, LLC and Edward Gormbley have seen new brands enter, like Barcelona, as well as a new partnership with Hartford HealthCare and Sloan Kettering to provide cancer treatments.
Above all, Workforce has stayed true to its Core Values and Core Focus, both elements of what we call the V/TO as part of the EOS Worldwide Operating System.
Enjoy the clip and watch for Nike's new slogan rumored to be replacing "Just Do It."
